We love how visuals inject life into a brand, and so does your audience. We are vertically integrated with an end-to-end solution that allows us to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality content on every platform and location anywhere in the world. We'll start by defining the purpose, next crafting the story, follow it up with striking visuals, and wrap it up with a production that's engaging, hands-on, and one-of-a-kind. The goal is to leave an impression with jaws open, emotions rising, and eyes craving more.

Design

We're geeks for the trade. The nuances of crafting a brand identity or a multi-layered tactile piece of collateral are what keep us awake late into the night. This obsession transcends all mediums, from iconography to interactive to spatial design. Staring at walls of color, typography, shape solutions, textures, and materials will make a CPA want to cry, but for us, we prefer to take off all our clothes and roll around in them. Getting to know your brand intimately is our first objective, then giving it an uppercut shot of adrenaline is when the actual festivities begin.

Rob McKinnie

Executive Creative Director | Art Director

A seasoned creative veteran with over 17 years of experience defining brands through advertising, content, design, and whatever else seems impossible.

  • After starting his career in Atlanta, Rob has allowed himself to be influenced and inspired while creating in cities such as Durham, Austin, Nashville, Los Angeles, New York, and Barcelona. As a Creative Director, Art Director, and Designer, Rob has the ability to look at work with a more practical and strategic view that eliminates the unnecessary and bolsters the intriguing. His brain never stops thinking about how things can be smarter, more creative, or more efficient.

    With the client’s mission and goals always at the core of any job, Rob prides himself on keeping his ideas and executions focused on what will help grow awareness and public desire. He's filled sketchbook after sketchbook with ideas for blue-chip brands such as AT&T, Dell, Southwest Airlines, BMW, Metlife, and Walmart. Still, he loves partnering with audacious brands to develop and unleash their voice with authentic captivation.

Scott stripling

Creative Director | Writer

Award-winning creative director/writer with over twenty years of industry experience, dedicated to helping brands find their soul, voice, and purpose.

  • Scott is a creative director, a writer, a glutton for storytelling, and has the ability to shape consumer behavior when presented in a compelling and relevant way. With over twenty years of experience, he’s dedicated to helping brands find their soul and purpose, then telling the world in imaginative and results-driven ways.

    He’s done this at multiple ad agencies of all shapes and sizes in Richmond, San Francisco, Seattle, and North Carolina. He’s sold Whoppers, cell phones, freight trains, and lottery tickets. He’s talked to soon-to-be voters, Wall Street wizards, landscaping fanatics, and mediocre golfers.

    No matter the challenge, he believes humans want to be spoken to like humans, which is a good place to start. He also has too many sneakers, a borderline unhealthy obsession with RC planes, and his wife and two daughters still think he’s a kid.

Ashley Andy

Director of Strategy | Accounts

Cursed with an insatiable curiosity, she pushes everyone to think differently and more extensively, which leads to unexpected and compelling perspectives.

  • Ashley is continually saying, “Did you know...?” and sending us ideas and articles that relate to our client’s business and marketplace trends. She provides a collaborative brand and strategy stewardship for our clients and loves to uncover profound insights that make the difference.

    Over the past 20 years, Ashley garnered in-depth account experience in a broad range of categories, including consumer packaged goods, financial, travel, retail, and government. Brand experiences with BMW, PepsiCo (Tostitos, Sunchips), American Airlines, Extraco Banks, and Capital Metro have provided her access to CEOs and CMOs tackling some of the more competitive marketing challenges in the marketplace.

    This collective knowledge translates to helping our clients find innovative approaches to drive brands forward with creativity and thoughtful strategies.
